Weaving living willow lets you build some truly beautiful garden structures. You can create stunning willow arches, secret shaded spots or idyllic ornamentation in any garden. This course will teach you all the skills you need to work with living willow including weaving techniques, planting guidelines and creating support structures.

We offer a variety of willow sculpture courses including animal sculpture courses. Come along and build a chicken, pig, reindeer, elephant – or whichever animal takes your fancy. Our expert tutors can help you create the frame for almost any animal and then will demonstrate the best interweaving techniques to complete your masterpiece.

We offer a wide range of regular basket making courses and these are one of our most popular offerings. We have courses to make shooter baskets, Burkina baskets, waste paper baskets zarzo baskets and even handbag basketry courses. We will show you how to make beautiful patterns with different varieties of willow and teach you essential willow weaving skills.

Throughout the year we offer a number of seasonal craft making courses. In the winter join us to make reindeer, Christmas wreaths and Christmas decorations. Our, family friendly, seasonal craft courses are a brilliant way to share some family time building something that will be a centrepiece of every festive season.

One of our most historical and traditional courses willow hurdles have been being built in Britain for centuries. Come and learn the traditional skills and techniques used to make willow hurdles and leave with all the skills you need to make your own. Ideal for smallholders, farmers and anyone interested in traditional crafts.

We offer three day willow coffin making courses where you can build your very own coffin. Bring down the costs of your funeral by building your own coffin. This course teaches advanced weaving techniques and helps you create a beautiful willow resting place – from building the supporting frame to intricate weaving and finishing touches.
